
Refund and Returns Policy for Novitrend

At Novitrend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with the products you have received, our Refund and Returns Policy provides you with the necessary information to return or exchange your items in a hassle-free manner.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in new, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Certain products, such as personalized items, sale or clearance items, and gift cards, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
